1. Duty 1 – Project Responsibilities – 70%
Plan & strategize the testing activity towards project objective and then lead a team of test engineers to execute the test engineering tasks.

2. Duty 2 – Team Responsibilities - 15%
Responsible for the following tasks:
- Act as the subject matter expert of assigned business domain, methodology and technology
- Take technical leadership to improve the overall efficiency and quality
- Cross functional communication & customer interface
- Deliverables & progress for the testing activities
- Develop periodical status report
- Host periodical team meeting
- Maintain project binder (testing part)
- Participate in the change control board
- Collect and report project metrics
3. Duty 3 –Organizational Responsibilities - 15%
Responsible for the following tasks:
- Team staffing & recruiting
- Team career planning & leadership supply
- Team resume and competency management
- Team performance management & probation review
- Team training program

Position Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Solution leader for domain/platform specific testing solutions (Manual, Automation, Performance)
- Expert in test planning, strategy, estimation
- Expert in test project management and reporting
- Product specialist for test automation tools (HP-Mercury, IBM-Rational, Borland, Compuware, Automated-QA…)
- Test automation framework using mainstream commercial tools or open source technologies
- Deep understanding of software development process such as Unified Process/Iterative/Agile & testing process
- Experience in development tools/scripting
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in mainstream platform such as Unix, Linux and Microsoft
- Experience in XML
- Experience in B/S or C/S testing
Good to have skills:
- Bear international certifications such as ISTQB/CSTE
