Title: Senior Software Configuration Management Engineer
Main tasks:
1. Design and maintain software configuration management plan for the projects within Shanghai Solutions;
2. Manage software configuration items, baseline, build and release;
3. Carry out routine configuration management activities;
4. Contribute to software development process improvement;
5. Provide training of SCM knowledge and practice to colleagues;
6. Create and maintain installation packages and deployment scripts;
7. Other potential tasks.
Qualification requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related disciplines;
2. At least two years' SCM experience in enterprise development, Familiar with SCM theory and practice.
Successful candidates should have:
1. Strong knowledge of software development process like RUP, XP, and SCRUM;
2. Fluent practical skills with NANT, MS Build or Make build system;
3. Programming skills in Power Shell, Perl or PHP script language;
3. Experience in continuous integration, build and deployment;
4. Effective verbal and writing communication skills in English.
