Sr. Test Lead
Job Responsibilities
? Developing test strategies, processes, standards and tools of testing, preparation of test plans and related documentation in support of testing initiatives
? Planning team activities and working independently with minimal supervision
? Partnering with Program Managers and business resources to ensure testing/project milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner
? Managing performance appraisals and the personal objectives of team members
? Identify and promote improvements to the testing processes or approaches, facilitate and encourage team members in those improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
? 5+ years experience in software testing, with at least 3 years experience leading or managing a software test team;
? Team leading;
? Experienced in cultivating and leading a software test team;
? Excellent knowledge of quality test planning, testing processes, etc.;
? Experienced in various testing tools and their application;
? Quality metrics implementation experience would be advantageous;
? Knowledge and practice of white-box testing, automated testing and code coverage;
? Fluent spoken English.

 Automated test cases in C#/Java
 Review code
 Test Cases documents
 Test run reports
 Bugs
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

 C#
 Web Technology
 Testing experience
 English Read and Write
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
 This person should possess good coding/design experience,
 The major of the work is about writing coding in c# for testing purpose.
 Willing to do testing is a must
 Test experience is good to have, but if no such experience, good sense of testing is also welcome.
自动化测试工程如果没有测试经验只有开发经验也可以。T

好多企业在裁员，有点担心美国企业，能否把公司说具体点？

公司这边的业务以软件项目外包为主，金融危机的发生会使很多企业削减成本，这样会把更多的IT业务外包出去，那这样来讲对外包业务反而使一个机会。

上次的回复不知道怎么没发出来。很遗憾，我还没有被裁掉，哈哈。公司不但没裁人，还在大肆招人呢。这些职位还在继续，Sr.Test Lead看个人情况可以给Test Manager的Title。至于金荣危机的影响，一定要数由那也是好的方面，楼上的仁兄也说了，对中国实际会，尤其是软件方面。

中文八级？呵呵。不管过了多少级，只要口语流利，不过级也行阿。关键是要和国外的客户沟通。
