QA developer 测试开发工程师
Job Responsibilities:
• Create and organize test designs, test cases, and matrices for full area coverage and product delivery
• Design, implement and run automated tests early in the development phase and provide tight feedback on feature design and functionality to development and product management.
• Communicate test requirements to Product Management and Development by reviewing project requirements and user stories for testability
• Responsible for working with other members of a development team to ensure that quality is "built in" from the ground up in products.
• Setup and maintain test environment
• Develop and maintain automate test scripts
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 -- 3 years experience in a QA environment
• Good knowledge of leading QA tools and methodologies
• Working knowledge of QTP and VBScript
• Working knowledge of Java is required and working knowledge of selenium is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working on an agile software team is preferred
• Experience planning, implementing test strategies
• Experience with the definition and implementation of automated testing framework and process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of web application and applicable testing techniques
• Experience working with Continuous Integration practices.
Technical Skills:
• Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
• Experience with developing web based Java/.Net applications
• Experience with HTML and JavaScript would be an advantage.
