Design and maintain manual & automation test scripts (QTP and the invented tools)
Perform manual and automation QA testing on the assigned projects / components, ensure the delivery of the project to acceptable quality standards within schedule
Report problems found and follow up to ensure they are fixed
Communicate effectively with developers and other parties
Analyze root causes of project issues, propose and follow up the improvement
Requirements:
2-4 yrs QA / Testing experience
Worked on automation QA / dev tools like- QARun, Rational Robot, Mercury WinRunner, QTP, Perl script, shell script, Symantec Ghost, Test Complete
Worked in Source Control: Subversion, CVS
Good exposure in testing web applications, hands on in deploying and testing applications
Excellent English skills, both writing and speaking
