Position requirement:
Associate level, engineer level, and senior level Testing Engineer
Varies according to different level. Basically we need:
Testing knowledge: the candidate knows how to plan, execute, report tests; how to design test case; how to analyze requirement
Technical knowledge: Java/C++/.net, Windows admin, sql, scripting (Perl, Python, Ruby...), Unix/Linux experience will be good add to senior candidates
English skill: daily communication with native speakers (phone, email...)
Soft skill: passion on testing, team work
Test automation skill would be a good plus!

我英语听力有些弱，其他可以。经验刚毕业在一家公司实习了两个月，做的是功能测试，回归测试，验收测试。通过整理bug库编写测试用例，没有彻底的根据测试用例写过，但是有信心完成这些工作。因为我感觉工作的过程本身就是学习，成长的过程。
