职业技能：对软件测试的基础理论知识能全面的了解；能够熟练的根据软件需求规格说明书、概要设计、详细设计进行各种用例的设计与写作，掌握了软件测试用例设计技巧和测试用例的写作规范，包括单元测试、集成测试、系统测试的用例设计；
掌握软件测试的测试计划、测试方案、测试日报、测试报告的写作方法；以及掌握了软件需求管理、缺陷管理、配置管理和正规检视的相关知识
了解的测试工具有：TCL、Ratioanl Robot、MI LoadRunner和常用的配置管理工具VSS等.
在学校里我们用的是全英文教材，掌握了C、C++编程技术，对Oracle、Operation System、SQL、VB、也有所了解。

Career abilities:
I have a good knowledge of the basic theory of software testing.
Now I have been able to apply the SRS HLD LLD to design and program different cases. I have mastered the skills and the standard of the testing cases,which include UT IT ST.
Moreover, I do well in writing software testing plan, software testing strategy, and software testing report. In addition, I am also familiar with software requirements management, software defects management, software configuration management and peer review. The automation testing tools including TCL,Rational Robot, MI LoadRunner VSS,and knowing about C C++ Oracle.
