1. 4+ years experience in software testing and management
2. Excellent English comunication skills, better to have work experience in US or Canada
3. Should possess hands-on skills of Mercury QC, QTP
4. Some development knowledge, Java, SQL, B/S
5. Work will be mainly based in Beijing Zpark, some travel to US required.
