Requirements:
? 7+ years of industry experience in Quality Assurance or Development roles
? 3+ years of leadership and/or management experience
? Experience developing or designing automated frameworks in a complex fast paced environment
? Ability to discuss and contribute to technical design/architecture and development of complex automation systems
? Ideal candidate has strong communication skills and experience interacting with other teams throughout product life cycles
? Solid understanding of both Windows and Linux environments
? Experience with Solaris and Mac OS X are a plus
? Strong understanding of product life cycles and experience in shipping at least 1 product from beginning to end while working with remote teams
? Previous experience in testing or assuring the quality of complex software systems such as kernels, OS components, drivers, etc. is a plus
? Experience with Perl and/or Python
