Microsoft MSN is a recently formed, high-profile new group inside MSN. The goal is to increase traffic, customer engagement and search experience through several major initiatives，Our charters and opportunities will be to create technologies, applications and platform for all of these initiatives on behalf of MSN (and Live).
These visible critical initiatives will drive traffic and revenue for the MSN Media Network from search engines and other external sources globally and in partnership with MSN Channels and Properties. This ground floor opportunity will be to pull together the business & technical threads that allow us to achieve these aspirations.
Web Tester Requirement:
Familiar with HTML, XML, ASP, Javascript and css
Familiar with web application deployment
Familiar with automation test frame work and could do automation testing job
At least three years’testing experience with at least one year’s white box testing experience
Good english
Web Develop in Test Requirement:
Familiar with HTML, XML, ASP, Javascript and css

Have dev experiences on c#,asp.net
Basic management skill like how to drive
Web Developer Requirement:
* Minimum of 2-3years work experience in web development
* Proficient in OOD and Web Design concepts
* Familiar with web standards, performance and security
* Proficient in the following languages or technologies but not limited to:
