Position Summary:
Adobe China R&D’s Enterprise software group is looking for a talented and highly motivated QE Manager to lead the LiveCycle-Core QE team. As a hands-on manager, this leader needs to guide a team of 15 quality engineers toward operational excellence and optimization of resources. The current team has processes in place and executes well on project deliverables. This manager needs to be an experienced people manager who can develop the team for growth, not only in size, but also in growth of individual team members. Some areas of focus will be automation, expansion on breadth of team’s technical knowledge, and improvement of operational processes. This manager will need to work closely with other Adobe engineering units, primarily in North America. Excellent English verbal communications is expected.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
• 7+ years experience in software QE or development, with at least 3+ yrs in people management roles
• BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3+ yrs in Enterprise Software development Preferred
• Experience with multiple OS platforms, multiple Application Servers and multiple Database systems
• Proven successes in working with geographically diverse teams
• Proven track record of securing quality for large software product releases.
• Proven track record of successful application of QE methodology / processes / tools. Experience with Test automation a plus.

Position Summary:
An experienced Senior Quality Engineering professional who can lead a small team of black-box QEs, whose mission is to validate the quality of J2EE based server/client enterprise software.

Overview：
Experienced Quality Engineering professional needed for validating the quality of C/C++/J2EE based server/client software. The candidate will be responsible for the client-side software verification as well as application server installation and configuration.
Responsibility：
Specific responsibilities include:
• Develop, implement and update QE test cases and test tools
• Perform black box and GUI automation testing
• Set up Enterprise testing environment
• Use internal bug tracking and test case management system
• Collaborate with Engineering, QE teams at US and Canada
Qualification：
Knowledge & Skills Required:
• 3+ years experience in software testing, including 1+ years in Enterprise software testing
• Require BS degree in computer software, Information System or related fields
• Knowledge of GUI automation scripting language, preferably SilkTest
