- Sr. Software Engineer

Job Description:
• 5+ years of total experience in enterprise or consumer software development,
including 2+ years as senior developer or team lead
• Experience in working with globally distributed teams
• A diverse background in advanced software and hardware systems with
emphasis on:
o Web-based enterprise applications product management experience
o Strong experience on online marketplace, exchange and search engine
o J2EE based application development

• Have following preferred technical skills
o Object-oriented design
o RBDMS design (specifically SQL Server)
o N-tier architecture design and deployment
o Quality assurance and control

• A passion for creating exceptional solutions.
• Able to work with a high degree of independence and accountability and as a
leader on a cohesive team.
• Must be able to clearly express ideas verbally and written.
• A BSCS or BSEE is required. Masters degree preferred.

- (Sr.) QA (Automation)

Job Description:
In this hands-on, technical position, the individual will be responsible for the integration, testing,
and release qualifications of the StarCite suite of products.

1) Work closely with the Shanghai QA development team to provide technical leadership, detailed
review, and guidance

2) Work closely with US QA engineers to manage the delivery, integration, and testing of
StarCite's products

3) Coordinate with product management, software delivery and software analysis teams to
provide review of test plan and test cases

4) Provide project management and status tracking for Shanghai QA team, and identify issues
and suggest solutions

5) Provide general support for Shanghai and US QA activities

Requirements

1) 2+ software development experience in US software company

2) Knowledge of test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies

3) Experience with black box, white box, performance, scalability testing, and test automation
(Java and Open Source tools preferred)

4) A BS in Computer Science or related field is required

5) Ability to work as part of global / cross-cultural team

6) Excellent bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required

- Sr. Software Analyst

Job Description:
This position is primarily responsible for understanding and supporting to expand marketing
requirements into product requirements and the accompanying software design to implement the
StarCite suite of products.

• Work closely with Product Marketing and Professional Services organizations to ensure
that product visions are properly interpreted, implemented, and supported.
• Lead other technical members of a distributed team to ensure successful implementation,
deployments, and support of products on an on-going basis
• Provide product, requirement, and guidance technical to the distributed team
• Resolve issues and manage the feedbacks from development team
• Manage multiple products and projects, work well under pressure in a fast paced,
dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of total experience in enterprise software development or product management
team with at least 2 years as software requirement analyst and management
• A proven track record of successful product life cycle with focus on product requirement
analysis, UI mockup, and requirement tracking
• Experience in working with globally distributed teams
• A diverse background in advanced software and hardware systems with emphasis on:
o Web-based enterprise applications product management experience
o Strong experience on online marketplace, exchange and search engine
o J2EE based application development

• Have following preferred technical skills
o Object-oriented design
o RBDMS design (specifically SQL Server)
o N-tier architecture design and deployment
o Quality assurance and control

• A flexible attitude based on knowledge of real-world business requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• A BSCS or BSEE is required. MS and/or MBA preferred

it is very attact me,but i don't have development experience for sr.QA engineer and i don't accord with some conditions
