可以通过input keyevent [--longpress] <key code number or name> ...使用软键盘来模拟输入，或采用安装ADBKeyBoard.apk文件，老外写的一个输入法，源码地址：https://github.com/senzhk/ADBKeyBoard；adb 本身默认是不支持Unicode编码的（包括中文编码），无法通过adb shell input text 命令输入中文到手机或模拟器，只能曲线救国。
