Responsibility:
1. Development, maintenance and improvement of quality assurance processes and testing strategies
2. Leading a small team of quality assurance engineers and providing technical leadership and mentoring to that team
3. Making staffing recommendations based on scale of existing and upcoming software projects
4. Developing and maintaining test plans for all Third Pillar software systems in finance industry
5. Interfacing with project management to ensure that specifications are detailed enough to cover test case generation
6. Developing and maintaining detailed test cases based on provided specifications
7. Supporting existing production systems
8. Determining the 3rd party software solutions that will be used to automate the testing of software systems.

Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience):
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in computer science or closely related field.
2. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet the above requirements
