职责：测试计划和测试cases进行CMTS的测试(cable modem termination system)
要求：
BS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent
6+ years of industry experience.
not only self-motivated but also a good team player with good interpersonal skills (in Mandarin and in English).
Conflict resolution, mastery of communication skills and excellent people skills.
Ability to analyze, use and configure small to medium networks.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Hands-on experience on operating Cisco Routers or similar products.
Hands-on scripting experience.
Product experience on CMTS, DOCSIS, PacketCable, BACC.
Protocol experience on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, network management applications, RF knowledge is a plus. Experience with testing equipments such as Pagent, SmartBits, and/or IXIA is also a plus.
