Responsibility:
1. Development, maintenance and improvement of quality assurance processes and testing strategies
2. Leading a small team of quality assurance engineers and providing technical leadership and mentoring to that team
3. Making staffing recommendations based on scale of existing and upcoming software projects
4. Developing and maintaining test plans for all Third Pillar software systems in finance industry
5. Interfacing with project management to ensure that specifications are detailed enough to cover test case generation
6. Developing and maintaining detailed test cases based on provided specifications
7. Supporting existing production systems
8. Determining the 3rd party software solutions that will be used to automate the testing of software systems.

Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience):
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in computer science or closely related field.
2. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet the above requirements

Skills and Knowledge
• In-depth and demonstrated knowledge of the Outsourced Product Development (OPD) industry
• 10 to 15 years of technical leadership experience in the software development / IT services market
• Managed a technical team of more than 50 people within a high growth, multi cultural environment
• Domain experience or expertise in Telco, Mobile and/or Web-based applications and systems
• Ability to think/align with Clients’ Technical Executives while supporting business strategies
• Excellent leadership and management skills with proven record of building technical teams
• Must be able to build, scale and manage world-class software delivery operations
• Strong attention to details, systematic processes and professional discipline
• Advance to Fluent level of English and Native Chinese language skills
• Postgraduate degree(s) in Computer Science or similar credentials
• International work experience and ability to travel preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement plans to build software delivery teams that will scale to over 100 / 200 / 300+ software development professionals over the next three years
• Manage operations with multiple teams delivering multiple projects to clients, ensuring world class quality level and principles
• Responsible for Revenue, Growth and profit in existing engagements
• Provide Team Leadership and Contribute to Regional Management of the company
• Network with professionals and industry experts for latest on technology, trends, advancements etc.
• Work closely with Functional Heads to develop resource requirements forecast
• Represent the company on industry forums and professional organizations
• Handle Code-Reds, or any high level challenge that could potentially put engagement at risk
• Manage conflicts in the group and provide resolution to issues raised
• Mentors managers and manage their career growth
