EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree in Bachelor Science, at least 3 years of working experience.
- Familiar with software process engineering; experienced in project management and execution.
- Professional and process oriented, passion for excellence under strong time pressure.
- Knowledge of software testing or SAP software logistics processes will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; excellent English is required.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
1. Project Coordination:
As a member of QA group, you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning: Project tasks breakdown, high-level+detail project plan, resource capacity plan, etc.
- Monitoring &Tracking: With the help of internal tracking system monitoring on the defined deliverables, content changes,buffer status, etc.
- Status Reporting: reporting weekly or per status call on local project status to senior management teams.
- Multi-team coordination: Coordinate with oversea groups for various project activities, such as translation, documentation and build assembling
2. Process Quality:
- Standards & Guidelines: Compliance with SAP quality Standard, driving SAP Q-gate assessment
