Role & Responsibilities
As a multi-media testing engineer, you will participate in the development of the next generation of Cisco-Webex multimedia communication system. You will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team of scientists and engineers to develop media engine and collaboration product. You will be responsible for：
• Deliver solid media engine
• Test analysis activities include analyzing & improving test process, generating test spec, understanding the test strategy, test plan, and test cases, and writing and updating test cases
• Test the quality and performance of audio,video and screen sharing
• Design and implement automated test case
• Track production issue
• Drive scrum release process include creating code branch, launching release build, tracking build pipeline issue, delivering testing report
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ year software testing or development experience
• Experience on multi-media application testing
• Team-worker with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills at problem solving capabilities
• Oral english
Desired Skills
• Experience in testing audio,video and screen sharing quality
• Experience in testing automation framework, like cucumber, calabash and robot framework
• Experience in script language or programming language, like python, c++
• Experience in network emulator or network tool, like tc, wireshark, tcpdump
