JD:
The candidate should have both qualified technical background and solid working experience of Automation Experiences such as QTP/Winrunner/LR.
Activities will include:
Communicate to customers and peers using English.
Design, Implement, and Optimize the automation framework.
Develop QTP scripts
General testing knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree in technical discipline (computer science, engineering, math, physics, etc.)
At least 5 years working experience in software testing
At least 2 years QTP/LR/Winrunner experience
Test automation technical lead engineer.
Expertise with functional / performance automation framework implementation.
Expertise with mercury testing tools and technologies e.g. QTP, LoadRunner; Also VB Script and C programming experience.
Good English oral and written communication skills.
Desirable - Knowledge of SQL

Frequent application of QTP and Loadrunner makes me at ease in regression testing and performance testing and tuning. I guess my qualification is a bit bias according to job description available above .
