Test Engineer

Job Description

· Develop test cases, scripts & scenarios according torequirement documents and test plan.

· Prepare test data.

· Execute test, record test logs and track defects in testmanagement tools (ALM, TFS and etc.).

· Follow-up on testing status planned for the day.

· Work with test lead and development team to improvesoftware/system quality.

Key Requirements

· BS in Computer Science or relevant

· 1+ years of software testing experience

· Good understanding and practice in software testingprocess

· Familiarity with HP ALM or other test management tools.

· Solid experience of test case design, test execution andreport

· Experience in automation test or performance test is aplus

· Experience in ERP systems(SAP, Oracle, Siebel, etc.)testing is a plus

· Experience and knowledge in insurance industry is a plus

· Excellent written and oral English communications skills.

Test Sr. Engineer

Job Description

· Work with onshore engagement team to deliver qualifiedtesting service to clients.

· Design test plan and test strategy.

· Develop test cases, scripts & scenarios according torequirement documents and test plan.

· Prepare test data.

· Execute test, record test logs and track defects in testmanagement tools (ALM, TFS and etc.).

· Follow-up on testing status and write test reports.

· BS in Computer Science or relevant

· 3+ years of software testing experience

· Good understanding and practice in software testingprocess

· Familiarity with HP ALM or other test management tools.

· Solid experience of test plan, test strategy, test case,test execution and report

· Experience in one of automation test and performance testis preferred.

· Experience in ERP systems(SAP, Oracle, Siebel, etc.)testing is preferred

· Experience and knowledge in insurance industry is a plus

· Proven ability and initiative to learn and research newconcepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.

· Excellent written and oral English communications skills.

TestTechnical Lead

Job Description

· Coordinate with onshore/offshore team to deliver qualifiedtesting service to clients.

· Design test plan and test strategy, recommend &establish best testing practices and methodologies.

· Lead and work with the test team to develop test cases,scripts & scenarios, prepare test data, execute tests and track defects intest management tools (ALM, TFS and etc.).

· Follow-up on testing status and write test reports.

· Research technologies and come up with testing solutionsfor new opportunities.

Key Requirements

· BS in Computer Science or relevant

· 5+ years of software testing and test managementexperience, should have lead a sizeable team

· Ability to work with different global teams and deliverefficiently.

· Good understanding and practice in software testingprocess and methodologies.

· Familiarity with HP ALM or other test management tools.

· Solid experience of test plan, estimation, test strategy,test case, test execution and report

· Solid experience in one of automation test and performancetest is preferred.

· Capability in building automation test framework with HPUFT, Selenium, Coded UI and etc. is a plus

· Experience in ERP systems(SAP, Oracle, Siebel, etc.)testing is preferred

· Experience and knowledge in insurance industry is a plus

· Proven ability and initiative to learn and research newconcepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.

· Excellent written and oral English communications skills.
