· Experience in automation test or performance test is a plus
· Experience in ERP systems(SAP, Oracle, Siebel, etc.) testing is a plus
· Experience and knowledge in insurance industry is a plus
· Excellent written and oral English communications skills.
Test Sr. Engineer

Job Description
· Coordinate with onshore/offshore team to deliver qualified testing service to clients.
· Design test plan and test strategy, recommend & establish best testing practices and methodologies.
· Lead and work with the test team to develop test cases, scripts & scenarios, prepare test data, execute tests and track defects in test management tools (ALM, TFS and etc.).
· Follow-up on testing status and write test reports.
· Research technologies and come up with testing solutions for new opportunities.
Key Requirements
· BS in Computer Science or relevant
· 5+ years of software testing and test management experience, should have lead a sizeable team
· Ability to work with different global teams and deliver efficiently.
· Good understanding and practice in software testing process and methodologies.
· Familiarity with HP ALM or other test management tools.
· Solid experience of test plan, estimation, test strategy, test case, test execution and report
· Solid experience in one of automation test and performance test is preferred.
· Capability in building automation test framework with HP UFT, Selenium, Coded UI and etc. is a plus
· Experience in ERP systems(SAP, Oracle, Siebel, etc.) testing is preferred
· Experience and knowledge in insurance industry is a plus
· Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
· Excellent written and oral English communications skills.
