Monitor definition and execution of customer’s projects
Provide professional technical support and training to our customers
Handle software acceptance testing and projects debriefings with customers
Support of the marketing teams and base in Shenzhen Office
Requirements:
Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering/SW Engineering or equivalent
3+ years R&D experience in embedded software systems (C/C++)
Knowledge in one of the following is a strong plus:
-Digital cordless or cellular telephony application/stack programming
-Exposure to hardware and system development
-Real Time Operation Systems
-ARM CPU
-Previous experience in customer support
Fluent English – mandatory
Good presentation skills
Self motivated
Willing travel to Hong Kong, Asia Pacific, Europe and Israel
