Requires:
bechelor degree at least
Communication skills in English would be prefered
Exposure to formal quality processes and a strong foundation in SDLC concepts are necessary.
Must have 3-6 years of experience in the IT industry,
Should have an ability to propose and define software test processes. Excellent team leadership, client interfacing, presentation and communication skills are necessary. Experience in test automation tools and knowledge of business domains like Retail, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecom will be an added advantage.
responsibility:
interact with the client / development team, be responsible for Test scope definition, Project Planning, Configuration Management, Estimation, Scheduling, Project Tracking, Status Reporting and demonstrating ROI to the client.
