ualifications for all positions:

-Should have minimum 1-3 years of work experience.
-Engineering (Bachelors or Masters) degree, (MBAs also preferred) from good Top 200 Chinese /Overseas universities.
-Excellent communication ability in English (Read, Write & Speak); CET4 is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with CET6.
-Good team working skills and ability to work with multi-locational teams.

Technology Stream:
Test Strategizing, Test Planning, Test Execution, Automated Testing
(编写测试策略、测试计划，执行测试，自动测试)

Domain:
Retail, Finance, Banking, Credit Card, Insurance
(零售, 财务, 银行，银行, 信用卡, 保险)

Key Requirements:

-A Bachelor/Master of Engineering / Computer Applications’ degree/diploma with a consistent academic record.
-Communication skills in English - CET4 is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with CET6. High sense of responsibility and good initiative
-Exposure to formal quality processes and a strong foundation in SDLC concepts are necessary.

基本要求：

-计算机相关专业学士或硕士学历
-良好的英语沟通能力，至少CET4级，CET6级者优先。高度的责任感，工作主动。
-扎实的软件开发生命周期概念并理解正规的质量过程。
-有自动测试工具经验以及零售、财经、保险、制造、通讯等业务知识者优先。

我在北京工作，一直做测试，现在一家已经是CMMI5的外资企业工作,该公司很大,已经达到4000多人,今天准备上市,公司还是不错的.只因为我离公司太远了,感觉很是辛苦.工作将近4年了,测试技术很测试工具掌握的也不少,参与项目也较多,主要做过金融和物流的项目,感觉和贵公司要求比较接近.可以面试.简历怎么发过去呢?贵公司什么名字呢,可否告知?
