（1）The candidate will be part of members of a team responsible for building
a world class internet search product for Asian users. You must have BS or
higher degree of Computer Science or related Engineering majors. At least 2-3
years working experience in large scale data center trouble shooting or
internet company server management is required. You must have excellent
understanding of Network and Hardware. Software development experience would
be a plus. And we prefer you have MCSE or CCNA/CCIE.

Qualifications include the following:
Minimum 3-4 years experience in an operations center environment
Minimum 2-3 years experience supporting Microsoft IIS, SQL 2000, SQL
2005 and Windows 2000/2003 in an operations/production environment
MCSE for W2K and/or W2K3 preferred
In-depth understanding of current MS technologies
Experience with Active Directory, NTFS
Strong skills in networking; Ethernet, TCP/IP, IPSEC, Cisco and or F5
Extensive knowledge of client/server and web architecture
Demonstrated experience with superior judgment, problem resolution,
cross team collaboration
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
Programming/scripting/automation skills a plus
Good communication skills-spoken and written English
