找到原因：qc发出去的邮件地址是非法的（tduser@127.0.0.1），这个怎么解决啊。
已经设置了mail direct pro

问题解决了，不过只能手动发邮件，
原因是win7下，mail direct pro只是试用版，只能测试通过，手动邮件发不出去，邮箱的地址非法。
在windows server 2003，从网上找资料，照常设置，就能成功。
