Our company is seeking senior Software Development Engineer (SDE II)
to lead the development of highly available, highly scalable e-commerce applications.
The applicant must have proven track record of large-scale software design and development.
The applicant must be able to independently complete system design and architecture, and to produce design documents and technical specifications.
The applicant must have good communications skills as he/she is expected to work closely with Project Manager, Business Owner and cross-functional teams. The applicant must be able to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Summary of Qualifications:
•Enthusiasm for solving interesting and complex problems.
•Extensive experience programming in Java with outstanding OO design skills.
•proven system architecture and design experiences, especially with multi-tiered and distributed systems. Capable of evaluating trade-off for various approaches and drive design decisions.
•Experience in relational database design and application development. Solid in system performance and scaling fundamentals.
•proficient in English: both in writing and speaking.
•Knowledge of XML web services, and agile development methodologies desired.
2.Software Quality Assurance Manager (head count : 1)
Responsibility:
isseeking an outstanding Software QA manager who can simultaneously(同时)lead a test team and drive quality improvements across multiple application development teams. The QA manager will
1.supervise a team of 3-5 testing engineers. The QA team is responsible for testing website front-end applications and back-end systems including Customer Service applications and Fulfillment systems.
2.The QA manager will participate in the overall planning, execution, and success of complex cross-functional team projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of working closely with product management to ensure that the right products get built at the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing customer behavior and customer pain points in order to improve customer experience.
3.The QA manager will actively participate in recruiting candidates for technical positions and mentoring junior technical staff.

Summary of Qualification:
•Excellent communication ability is a must. English fluency is strongly desired.
•The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in software Quality Assurance of distributed systems. QA management experience is required, ideally in a deeply-technical environment.
•The candidate should be a strong leader capable of motivating and energizing the very best software QA engineers, as well as gaining their respect.
•Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation capable of "rolling-up sleeves and getting hands dirty."
•Development experience in C++, Java and object oriented design and development with service-oriented architecture is strongly preferred. Working experience with UNIX/Linux is a plus.
•5-10 years experience (including time working towards advanced degrees and/or experience).
•A Computer Science or a related engineering degree is strongly preferred.
