Work with IBM US/UK lab and Shanghai team to do IBM storage interoperability test on various operating systems.
Desired Skills/Experience:
--Master windows or at least one of the Unix (HP-UX, Solaris, Linux or AIX) in system administration.
--Experience in system/software test.
--At least 2 Years working experience in related area.
--Excellent team player and communication skills.
--Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
--Master or bachelor degree, major in CS or equivalent.
--Fast learner, self motivated.
--Experience in OS clustering is a plus.
--Experience in SAN and Storage Systems is a plus.
--Applications/DB skills - Oracle, TSM, Veritas is a plus.
eCC Project Tester Job description:
Develop Test Plan including detailed FVT test schedule, assure proper approval sign-offs.
Develop a variation review document that can be used to verify complete test coverage. Write and Execute all test cases and test suites within the allocated test execution schedule.
Assure fixes for all defects are verified once available in an official driver.
Skill Requirement
Expert in programming languages (C++, Java and other scripting language)
Familiar with Software Engineering Testing methods and process
Multi-platform (pSeries/AIX, Linux) knowledge
Familiar with automation testing toolsis a plus Bladecenter and AMM (Advanced Management Module) knowledge is a plus
