Responsibilities
· Perform hands-on manual testing, anddevelop automated test suites to replace as much manual testing as possible.
· Help to incorporate automatedtesting into the software development process.
· Work with both QA team in the US and local engineers to develop software in an Agile iterative releasecycle.
· Make informed recommendations aboutthe release-worthiness of each iteration. “Push back” when necessary (andjustify it).
· Understand and develop qualitymetrics for Software.
Requirements
· 5+ years of work experience insoftware QA/Test Automation.
· 2+ years of work experience inweb-based software QA/Test Automation.
· Experience in Linux, RelationalDatabases (MySQL), Java/Selenium.
· Experience with load-testing andscale-testing.
· Good communication skills, speakingand writing fluent English.
· Interest in online Internetadvertising (actual experience a plus).
· BS/MS in Computer Science or relateddiscipline.
