职位描述：
1.1~2 year solid project experience as programmer or developer in VB, .Net, and C#
2.Experienced in development or other engineering under Windows platform
3.Fluent English communication in listening, reading and writing
4.Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in communication, both verbal and literal, with customers, teammates and management
5.Willing to commit to software \ system testing jobs and to align the career path with test automation and quality control& improvement
6.Strong sense of responsibility for job commitment and sensitivity to product defect
7.Basic knowledge of test engineering. Actual project experience will be a plus
8.Team lead experience will be a plus

• Proven design and development skills working on large scale application or system software
• 2+ year industry development experience in C/C++/C# with strong programming and debugging skills
• Ability to learn new technology areas quickly; Understand and debug existing code
• Specific projects may require knowledge of networking, device driver, server administration or UI development experience
• Have experience in Windows programming/socket programming
• Have the knowledge of distribution environment /network
Preferred:
• Have experience in programming of DLL/COM

Responsibilities:
· Create, execute, and maintain test plans based on functional requirements.
· Follow test process, procedures, and best practices.
· Investigate and trouble shoot live site issues.
· Work closely with the Dev, PM and test teams to ship high quality features (through functional specification review to release)
Skill Requirements:
·2 or more years software test experience. Experience testing high availability, data driven web applications preferred.
·Experience on Microsoft technologies such as .Net and SQL server required
·Programming skills at .Net, C/C++, or Java (.Net is preferred),
·Knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL. Ability to read and understand data models and relational databases running on SQL Server.
·Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required
·Good debugging and problem solving skills.
·Good written communication skills in English and the ability to work well with production development team and IT remotely.
·A self starter that can work independently and proactively
要求:

Mainly provide technical support for clients from North America or Canada, via E-mail or Phone.
Responsible for software release, update, maintenance etc.
Requirements:
At least 3-year work experience in IT industry
Familiar with ASP.Net，C#，SQL Server and Exchange server,outlook etc, MS relative
Excellent english and chinese communication both in verbal & written
Strong ability in bug solution
Good management skill is must
Rich MS network experience or knowledge is plus
