Responsibilities：
o Quality Assurance side of the App Annie Mobile platform, including product and data
o Defining and implementing the testing methodology related to new features
o Identifying and defining of defects
o Providing tiers 1 product support using Zendesk
o Executing manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of each feature and release (on going process)
o Providing feedback to the development and product team
o Ensuring the work is carried out in accordance with the process, schedule and requirements
You：
You should be passionate about Web application, Data with an obsession for tracking problems and improving quality.
o 3-5 years of software testing or development experience, with background in QA methodologies
o Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes
o Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
o Strong experience in Mobile and backend system testing
o Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces
o Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
o Experience in testing using an automated test tool such as HP’s QTP or LoadRunner is a plus
o Skilled in Linux working environment
o Experienced in data mining and data analysis is a big plus
o Strong customer and user focus
o Degree in Computer Science or related field
o Passion for digital content and mobile apps is a definite plus
Very good level of English written and spoken
