职位情况
QA Engineer (2人 OI/NI team)
职位要求：
-Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience or Associate's degree with 3+ years experience. Major in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
-2+ years of software industry experience in development or testing.
-Commitment to high standard of product quality.
-Ability to understand product related documents in English.
-Knowledge of testing methodology e.g. blackbox test, whitebox test, and test metrics.
-Solid troubleshooting skills.
-Proficient in test execution, creation of test suite/run, bug report and tracking, evaluation of the quality status, etc.
-Outlook or Lotus Notes experience.
-Good time management and organization skill.
-Strong verbal and written communication skill.
-Experience implementing automated test harnesses is plus.
-Programming experience with C++/scripting is a plus.
职责描述：
Work on Productivity Tools QA projects, be part of the team to deliver high quality products.
-Participate in the product design and development phases besides the testing phase.
-Develop and document test plans, strategies and test cases.
-Execute testing, analyze, document test results, and track defects.
-Work closely with the developers to isolate and reproduce defects.
-Communicate status and issues accurately and in a timely fashion

如果你无法来SZ面试, 也可以电话面试. 但为了更好的沟通, 还是建议当面谈比较好.
