我们公司考虑的一个考核指标是，开发人员找的bug数，而且是不同测试阶段每天不得低于一个数。以前还弄过daily bug report，把每天找到的bug数按测试人员弄了个柱型图发给大家，抄送公司领导，比看谁抓的多。一段时间bug抓的多的还被誉为bug之王，真是太搞笑了，真是乱来。作者: 小鱼oO 时间: 2007-12-19 14:01
