I presume that you were asking about the order of opened pages, a.k.a., TABs, instead of actual "browsers". But, in fact, neither case could be tracked down with specific numbers, you can neither retrieve nor manipulate the order. The only thing you can do is to force tab switching between adjacent pages(tabs).
