bugzilla注册邮件发送不成功的问题急

现在是linux 的sendmail 都配置好了 能用sendmail发送邮件到外网邮箱
bugzilla也安装好了能用管理员登入，但是注册新帐号后 就提示：

/etc/mail/sendmail.cf: line 0: cannot open: Permission denied

Bugzilla has suffered an internal error. Please save this page and send it to THE MAINTAINER HAS NOT YET BEEN SET with details of what you were doing at the time this message appeared.

URL: http://localhost/bugzilla/createaccount.cgi?login=alven.guo%40orionits.com.cn

There was an error sending mail from 'bugzilla-daemon' to 'alven.guo@orionits.com.cn':error when closing pipe to /usr/lib/sendmail

请高手帮忙啊 急 ！

用的是bugzilla 3.0   linux
