Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or Information Systems.
Knowledge of software development cycle and programming languages such as Java or C++.
Knowledge of one of the scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, VB or JavaScript preferred.
Knowledge of relational database and SQL.
Past testing experience using HP Quality Center and QTP is highly preferred.
Potential to lead a project is preferred.
Ability to communicate with multi-location teams effectively and posses strong analytical skills.
Testing Director/ Sr. Manager
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or Information Systems.
10+ years software development or quality assurance experience in established companies.
5+ years of people and project management experience.
Strong work ethics.
Experience in working with multi-national companies.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Understands software development cycle and hands on programming skills highly valued.
FI - Testing Engineer
Your Skills and Experience
Education and Experience
3+ years of experience with Load Runner or similar performance tools is a plus
Deep technical experience in Unix, Java and Web 2.0 performance is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or similar
Strong passion and desire to improve performance by accurate measurements and identifying performance improvement opportunities working with the development teams.

Skills and Knowledge
Familiarity with multiple Operating Systems (Linux, AIX, zOS and Windows)
