If you want to work in the foreign enterprise as the test engineer, the most important requirement is the fluent oral english and written english. All the documents including Feature List, System Specification, etc.. as the input of your test are maken out in English.

Additional: communication skills. Sometimes you have to fight with other teams (i.e. developer team).

I have been worked in an US company for more than 2 years as a test engineer. I don't thin there is any difficult in working in english. So don't hesitate come on!
