QTP实例网站打不开。

这几天本计划学习一下QTP。就用用它的实例网站，http://newtours.mercuryinteractive.com/
但是每次打开则提示如下：（求高人指点）

    谢谢呀，本来前天我都是用的这个网站，后来用了一天，第二天就提示403错误。我也不知道怎么回事
