该如何解决QC 9.0在win xp下打不开的问题；

点击Mercury Quality Center，会提示如下：
1.Click here to download Netscape 6 / Mozilla ActiveX plug-in (self-extract file)
2。Unzip downloaded plug-in into browser plug-in directory.
3。Restart the browser.

该如何解决了？
系统：win xp；
数据库：oracle 9i

安装下QC的客户端，不要用浏览器直接打开；

把浏览器安全级别调整一下，启用activex插件
