Bugzilla 安装后无法通过发送邮件注册帐号
环境：bugzilla-3.1.2ActivePerl-5.8.8.822
IIS 5.1
服务器操作系统 WIN XP
问题：安装后可以打开首页，可以登陆。但通过发送邮件新建帐号时报错,错误信息如下:
