bugzilla2.22.1版本Description字段不支持中文输入

在Bugzilla2.22.1版本中填写一个Bug单，但在Description中输入中文后，提交时提示以下错误：
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Data too long for column 'short_desc' at row 1 at Bugzilla/DB.pm line 84
Bugzilla::DB::SendSQL('INSERT INTO bugs (version,rep_platform,bug_severity,priority,...') called at E:/bugzilla/post_bug.cgi line 406
