Senior QA engineer
Responsibility:
1.Creating and execute test strategy and test plan.

5.Deliver test report and assist project manager to determine release criterion.
6.Provide all types of test solution for all popular phone platform.

Requirements:
1.5+ years of testing experience, and1-2 years experience in software development is a plus.
2.Experience in analyzing Business Requirements, Functional and Technical Specifications.
3.Solid experience in Develop, Review, Execute, and Maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Procedures.
4.Strong understanding of QA Principles, QA Process, Use Cases, and Software Development Life Cycle.
5.Must be a team player, easy to work with, hard working.
6.Able to work on a variety of features within an aggressive schedule.
7.Good English speaking, reading and writing capability.
8.Experience in mobile phone or GIS is a plus.

QA Engineer
This position requires interpersonal skill set and the ability to work with peers and interfaces overseas
Must have a strong technological skills.
Responsibilities:
1.Design Test cases according to the requirements.
2.Executing Test and Analyze results.
3.Ability to report progress and statuses per requests.
4.Well organized and excellent quality deliveries discipline.
5.Provide in depth technical.
6.Self managed and ability to learn and adopt new technology fast.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related majors.
2.2-4 years of testing experience.
3.With passion and good communication skills, be a good team player who is responsible.
4.Smart, self-motivated, a fast learner.
5.Hard-working, strong ownership, willing to work under highly project pressure.
6.Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
7.Experience in mobile phone or GIS is a plus.

QA Engineering Manager/QA leader
Responsibility:
1.Well-plan the test life cycle customizes project process, predict potential risks of the project and deliver related solutions in advance.
2.Audit project status, plan, test strategy and deliver reasonable suggestions.
3.Act as a core member of company quality assurance team; take part in company's important testing technology research.
4.Audit and improve current testing skills and process.
5.Communicate with US counterpart and the whole project team.
6.Provide excellent testing approach and guide junior engineer.
7.Evaluates and implements training and develop needs of team.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree (or above) in computer science or related majors.
2.5+ years of testing experience. 1-2 years experience in software development is a plus.
3.2+ years experience in team management.
4.Strong understanding of software testing theory and approaches, Strong sense of quality.
5.Strong understanding of QA Principles, QA Process, Use Cases, and Software Development Life Cycle.

Education / Training / Work Experience:
1.        Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, computer science, other field relevant to QAD's core business or equivalent work experience more than 3 years;
2.        Experience in Customer Service, API/Integration testing, test execution, test defect management;
3.        Experience in working with global teams preferred, multiple products, multiple release environments desirable;
4.        Experience in client-server or web-based applications, preferably as quality analyst;
Special Knowledge & Skills:
5.        Knowledge of one or more aspects of the manufacturing process, ISO or CMM is a plus; Broad application knowledge and deep knowledge in one or more domain areas; Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies; Excellent analytical and communications skills; Excellent computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
