相关素质/技能：
1、七年的软件测试经验,其中三年QTP自动化测试脚本开发经验，一年自动化测试管理经验。
2、优秀的口头及书面沟通能力，包括中文及英文。
3、优秀的测试计划，项目预估与测试设计能力。
4、有银行/证券/通信/Retail 各个domain的相关项目测试经验。
5、具有良好的团队合作精神，学习能力强。

Responsibilities:
• Develop and architect automation framework and libraries
• Automate test cases to enhance turnaround time
• Keep up to date on networking and IP storage technologies and industry trends to be able to:
• Participating in design meetings and brain storming sessions
• Play technical and project leadership in QA team
• Working with QA teams and development teams to create detailed test strategies and requirements
• Executing test cases manually and via automation
• Ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Execution of scalability, stress and interoperability tests
• Reporting Metrics and status
• Provide improvements in team’s process, methodologies, and technologies
• Write test plans and test design specifications
Required Skills:
• Strong automation development skills, experience of automation framework architecture is a plus
• 5+ years experience in Python, Perl or other scripting language for test case automation/execution
• Experience in Java for test case automation/execution is a plus
