请问bugzilla中的user watching什么意思啊？具体是做什么的？有关它的解释的几句话，看不明白，望指点一二！
If you watch a user, it is as if you are standing in their shoes for the purposes of getting email. Email is sent or not according to your preferences for their relationship to the bug (e.g. Assignee). You are watching anyone on the following comma-separated list:

如果你是测试组长,你就有权限查看你们组里每个作员提交的BUG,你在Users to watch里面输入要查看的测试人员的帐号,就可以看见他提上来的BUG了 。

I believe user watching is mainly for receiving emails, not for viewing bugs.
