装宠物商店的时候遇到的问题

如题我在XP上的装的 第一次装好 是没问题的 今天打开就出先这样的提示

我又重新安装了一次

安装好了以后在浏览 IE全是代码 另外我第一次安装的时候开始是可以浏览的   第二天,打开就出现前面的那个
要是服务器配置有问题,那开始怎么可以正常浏览呢
