scripted testing的翻译问题

最近在找关于探索性测试(exploratory testing)资料的时候看到很多讲解探索性测试的时候都会提到scripted testing，不知道这个词的准确意思，字面意思好像是自动脚本测试，不过在资料中这种测试常常和探索性测试做对比，这样的话或许应该指的是在测试执行之前就准备好测试用例文档的那种测试？
