ClearQuest License找不到了！急呀！谁能帮帮我？先谢了！

我在一台Windows Server 2003的主机上安装了ClearQuest 2003和ClearCase 2003，并使用从VeryCD.com下载来的破解文件进行了破解，开始的时候一切正常，但是这个系统有20多天没有使用（主机上有双系统），当我再次启动这个系统的时候发现ClearQuest找不到License了，提示：

而ClearCase则一切正常，这样的问题以前也遇到过，当时我以为是我安装了License Server造成的，但我并没有在这个系统中安装License Server可还是出现了这个问题，实在是让人摸不着头脑！
不知哪位遇到过这个问题，如何解决？如能告知，定会感激涕零！
