职位描述: 1.
参与软件的需求分析以及架构设计 2.
参与软件的设计文档评审 3.
根据通信协议标准，软件需求及设计来制定相应的测试计划及测试用例 4.
搭建测试平台，制定测试规范，构建并实施测试用例 5.
对发现的软件问题进行有效的定位，跟踪，并对相应的解决方案进行验证 6.
与相关接口合作方协同工作完成既定的项目目标职位要求:1.
熟悉软件开发流程，软件质量保证，以及软件项目管理的相关知识 2.
掌握UNIX 或 LINUX 等常用的操作系统及操作命令 3.
掌握常用的软件测试理论和方法；精通常用测试软件的使用或测试环境/工具的使用 4.
精通C/C++编程语言以及程序设计方法 5.
掌握移动通信理论的基础知识和通信系统的原理（TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/EDGE），并有相关通信协议测试经验 6.
熟悉软硬件构架，嵌入式处理器，嵌入式操作系统以及响应的开发及调试工具 7.
大学本科以及硕士以上学历，计算机科学，电子工程，通信相关专业毕业 (大学本科需4年以上工作经验，硕士需2年以上工作经验) 8.
英文听说读写流利 9.
具有较强的责任心和沟通协作能力Job Description:1.
Participate in software requirement analysis and architecture design. 2.
Participate in review of software design specifications 3.
Make the test plan based on the analysis of telecommunication protocol standard, software requirement specifications and design specifications 4.
Construct the test platform, make the test specification and implement the test use cases 5.
Effectively locate and track software defects, validate relative solution for founded defects 6.
Communicate with interfaced peer partner/cooperator to fulfill the assigned project target.Job Qualification:1.
Knowledge of software development process, software quality assurance, and project management 2.
Familiar with UNIX or LINUX operating system 3.
Familiar with software test theory and method, proficient in using testing tools and constructing test environment 4.
Strong understanding of C/C++ programming language and design pattern 5.
Familiar with wireless telecommunication system and the related knowledge (TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/EDGE), have the actual experience on similar telecommunication protocol test. 6.
Knowledge SW/HW infrastructure and embedded system, such as chipset, operating system, development toolkit and debug method 7.
Bachelor degree (with at least 4 years experience) or Master's degree (at least 2 years experience) in CS, EE, Telecommunication or related field 8.
Good English written and oral communication skills 9.
Self-motivated, good communication and good teamwork.
