Cienet这个手机的项目组累死累活啊，特别是哪个索爱项目的，我一同学在那。还上夜班，春节都加班。给得钱也不多，刚毕业的本科顶多2k。刚毕业的硕士啥都不会确能给到1w以上，其实干的活比本科生还不如。管理模式超级有问题。原来最早去的那批都走了，据说干了两年没涨工资，盼到年底居然就给涨了500。超级抠，没前途
