测试计划/测试确认/测试验证的区别

software verification & validation plan is developed and followed by the
V&V team it details how the team wil verify and validate all activities
during the development cycle.  It should cover activities by all of the
different teams in development, docs, engineering, test, etc., and all
the the phases of the development cycle.  In the definition of test
plan below you could replace testing and test with V&V

Validation: The process of evaluating software to determine compliance
with specified requirements.

Verification: The process of evaluating the products of a given software
development activity to determine correctness and consistency with
respect to the products and standards provided as input to that activity.

Test Plan: A formal or informal plan to be followed to assure the
controlled testing of the product under test.

I don't have the information with me but IEEE has standards documents
for both Software Test Plans and Software V&V Plans.
